Nature gives, winegrowers shape
Domaine Garde practises and embraces sustainable growing methods for a deliberately artisanal vintage. All operations are carried out by hand: harvesting, of course, but also pruning, training, disbudding, and lifting. The wine is made using indigenous yeast. So, from the ground to the glass, the product is the focus of all our attention.
This guarantees the perfect health of the soil and vines and a wine of the highest quality in terms of taste.
Cuvée Les Morguières
The Cuvée Les Morguières, from a plot with more clay-rich soil, has the characteristics of a fresh, taut, crisp wine: a particularly flowery nose, fruity on the palate with a slight mineral accent, beautifully light and easy to drink. This is an authentic Burgundy – Chardonnay that knows how to flatter the palate and provide immediate pleasure.
This brilliant white wine has all the hallmarks of a fine, fresh, crisp wine: a particularly flowery nose, fruity on the palate, light and easy to drink.

Cuvée La Garenne
Choosing Burgundy oak barrels was essential to preserve the delicacy of the grapes from the La Garenne plot where the soil is more chalky. We have opted for barrel ageing since 2014 to give this wine even more identity. Aged in this way, the wine develops a completely different roundness and more mellow aromas. Richer, it asserts its character with a good length on the palate and a slight mineral accent that gives it its particular elegance.
A white wine of great finesse with infinite nuances of flavour. Its ageing gives it a mellow woodiness, roundness and a long finish with a slight mineral accent.

Cuvée
Les 3 Pierres
An exceptional location alongside the Garenne, from which it inherits most of its qualities. Lovely clay soil, slightly damp on chalky ground. The Les 3 Pierres plot is a godsend for launching a challenge that is a little crazy but so promising. In 2015, we opted for a Cabernet Franc. And this grape variety, which elsewhere produces gourmet wines with good textures, flourishes here. Here, too, the result is sublime. Cuvée Les 3 Pierres, with its long finish and candied notes, is first and foremost a wine for sharing and pleasure.
A wine of friendship.
While the name evokes the golden-coloured stones and cairns that we so often come across in the hollows of the paths, it also reflects the friendship of the three men who created it: Frédéric Rousseau, the cooper, Frédéric Bonnepart, the estate's winemaker, and David Garde, the owner.
Cuvée
Pinot Noir
The Pinot Noir naturally finds its place in the heart of the golden-coloured stones. And that’s perfectly normal. With its subtle notes, it seduces as much by its complexity as by its temperament. Planted on hillside plots in 2015, the first vintage of Pinot Noir dates from 2021. Developed with Frédéric Rousseau, it has aged in different French oak casks, which have imparted a wide range of deep, delicate nuances.
This experimental approach means that each vintage is a new adventure, intense, rich and full of surprises.
Beaujolais blanc
On a one-hectare hillside adjoining the Les Morguières plot, we are offering a Beaujolais Blanc. Grape variety, soil, exposure… the two wines are very similar. So this Beaujolais blanc was born under the best of auspices. Its freshness, simplicity and authenticity make it a wine to enjoy every day.
